Being toyed with in uncomfortable poses is pretty much standard in the dungeon. Frieda still seems to need some time getting used to it though, especially when a little pain is involved. With her arms and legs tied, she’s forced to maintain a very exhausting position while multiple toys are going wild inside her. To prevent her from simply falling back and thus finding a more comfortable position, her trainers decided to attach a heavy weight to her nipples, forcing her to maintain her pose – unless she’s fine with the pain of getting her nipples pulled~
