A stay within the dungeon can be quite enjoyable, as long as everyone is working together. Part of that is understanding the dungeon’s hierarchy. A trainee for example must follow a trainer’s commands, no matter their level. Bratty behaviour or not following commands might cause dangerous situations for everyone involved. Failing to follow commands for whatever reason is rewarded with intense punishments, such as this one.
