コミケ反省＆今年の展望（長文） (Pixiv Fanbox)

まずは改めて、コミケお疲れさまでした…！

そして午前中に来ていた方々、コピー誌が準備できず申し訳ありませんでした…。プリンタがうまく動かず悪戦苦闘しているうちにインクが切れてしまい…数冊は刷れるだろうという見込みだったのですが結局見本誌しか用意できず…。午後印刷ゾーンで印刷・製本しましたが…時すでに遅しでしたね。やはり自宅印刷は色々無理を感じたので次回はコンビニで刷るのをスケジュールに入れようと思います。とにかく目算が甘過ぎました…。

次回、と話しましたがライフスタイル的に出るならやはり冬かなと考えています。上手く自分で頒布品作るサイクルに乗れればでなくともいいかなと思いますが…締切を設定できるのはやはり結構大きく。ただ生活も大分くるってしまうので悩みどころです。ソロ参加なので買い物があまり楽しめませんしね。でもまたきっとあの机の向こう側が恋しくなるので何年も出ないことは無いでしょう。

来年（ああもう今年ですね）ですがやはり今のラフを描いてくスタイルが気に入っているのでしばらくこの感じでやっていこうと思います。今作業環境がraytrektabの8インチ画面でしてこの小ささで製本までするとガタガタになってしまうのでは…と懸念していたのですがとりあえず私の画力ならさして問題も無いようでした…。ただ、12インチクラスの持ち運べるタブレットは導入してみたいなあとも。ipadが第一候補ですが如何せん高いので…でも使ったことがあるのが大きすぎる…。液タブもアリかなとは思うのですがraytrekもひび割れでいつ逝くかわからないですしサブの出先マシンとしても置きたいのですよね～。あと、置く場所…。

あ、あと製本の話出ましたね。今回無線綴じとしましたがこれは完全に失敗ですね…中が潰れて相当読みにくくなってしまいました。買っていただいた方々、申し訳ありません…。ある程度意識はしていたので読めないということは無くてよかった…。表紙はエンボス加工にしてみたのですがこれいいですね。ペタペタしててちょっとなぁと思ってたので緩和されました。もっとザラザラしたやつ…なんていうのだろう…いつかあれにしてみたいです。

表紙についてはもう1つ、今度からはカラー挑戦してみたいと思います。というのも今回設営を少しだけですが工夫してみたところ征く方々の視線に入り手に取ってもらいやすくなったな、というのがありました（コロナ明けで人が増えたってだけかもしれないですが）が、みなさん残念そうに去っていく…。多分スカ作品だと気付いてもらいにくいのかなと。確かに特殊性癖島のスカ村ではあるのですが、ジャンル自体そこまで人が居るわけじゃないですし普通にロリ本だと思って読まれたのではと思っています。最初から茶色くしておけばミスマッチも減りますし、何よりせっかくのスカですから色使うべきなんですよね。うんちだけでも十分なわけですし。

最後に改めて今年の抱負ですがなんとか頒布品を1つは作りたいなと思っています。ただ完全にノープランなので（いつも何某かはあった）どう転ぶかわかりませんが…夏ごろまで浮かばなかったら冬コミ申し込んでひねり出します。ただ、少し腰のすえた長い調教ものやってみたいというのがあります。これを見据えて日々の投稿はとにかく数を増やしたい。毎週2,3ページで良いから短篇描いたりとか連作にするとか…そろそろ人生も折り返しなのでいい加減描くスピード早めないとあっという間に終わってしまいますしね。いい塩梅に強制力を持たせられる案は無いものでしょうかね…。いっそマラソンの川内選手みたいに見える即売会全部申し込むとかやればいいのでしょうか。など。

とりとめもなく書き連ねてしまいましたが元々おきもち表明大好きなのでたのしかった...明日も朝早いためこのへんで。今年もよろしくお願いします。

First of all, once again, thank you for your hard work at Comiket...!

And for those of you who came in the morning, I apologize for not being able to prepare copies of the magazine.... We had expected to be able to print a few copies, but in the end we were only able to prepare sample magazines... We printed and bound them in the afternoon. We printed and bound the book at the printing zone in the afternoon, but... it was already too late. I felt that printing at home was not feasible, so next time I will schedule printing at a convenience store. Anyway, I was too optimistic....

I said next time, but I'm thinking that if I'm going to participate in a lifestyle-oriented event, it will be in winter. If I can get into the cycle of making my own distribution, I think it would be fine even if I don't make it...but being able to set a deadline is still a big deal. But my life will be very different, so it's a bit of a problem. I'm participating solo, so I won't be able to enjoy shopping as much as I would like. But I'm sure I'll miss being on the other side of that desk again, so I won't miss it for years to come.

Next year (this year already), I still like my current style of drawing rough drafts, so I think I will continue to do it this way for a while. My current work environment is an 8-inch raytrektab screen, and I was concerned that it would be too small to bind a book, but it seems that my drawing ability is good enough to handle it.... However, I would like to try a 12-inch portable tablet. ipad is my first choice, but it is too expensive...but the one I have used is too big.... I'm also thinking about a liquid tablet, but I don't know when my raytrek will die because of cracks, and I'd like to have it as a sub machine on the road.... Also, where to put it....

Oh, and you mentioned bookbinding. I tried to bind the book wirelessly this time, but it was a complete failure...the inside of the book was crushed and it became very difficult to read. I apologize to those who bought the book.... I was aware of this to some extent, so I am glad that it was not unreadable.... I tried to make the cover embossed, and I like it. I thought it was a little too floppy, so I decided to go with an embossed cover. I'd like to have a rougher one...I wonder what it's called...I'd like to try that one day.

I would like to try a color cover next time. I tried to make a little change to the set-up this time, and I think it made it easier to catch the eyes of the conquerors and have them pick it up (although it might have been just because more people came after Corona), but everyone left looking disappointed. Maybe it is hard to get people to notice that it is a Suka work. It is true that this is a Suka village on a special sexuality island, but the genre itself does not have that many people, and I think that people read it thinking it was a normal loli book. If you start out with a brown color, there will be fewer mismatches, and above all, since it is a Suka book, you should use color. And the poo alone is enough.

Finally, as for my ambitions for this year, I would like to make at least one product for distribution. However, since I have no plan at all (I always had some kind of plan), I don't know how it will turn out... If I don't come up with an idea until around summer, I will apply for the Winter Comic and try to come up with a plan. However, I would like to do a long training piece that is a little more serious. With this in mind, I would like to increase the number of daily posts. I would like to draw a short story every week, even if it is only 2 or 3 pages, or make it a serial work... My life is about to turn around, so if I don't speed up my drawing speed, it will be over before I know it. I wonder if there is any idea that will give me the right amount of compulsion.... I wonder if I should be like Kawauchi, the marathoner, and sign up for all the sales events I can see. And so on.
