I have confirmed with 2 doctors about my hip problems this time desu.

it's confirmed that it's just the muscle pain desu.

with proper rest and eating and workout will be enough to beat it desu.


thanks to Marathon non-stop in previous months I nearly die from it desu.


but these past 3 days I have been serious about workout and eating and rest desu.

and since 11/07/2022 until today, I have never come to this far desu.

it's almost completely healed desu.


what I want is a work delay desu.

especially the 10,000 yen plan on Fanbox desu.

because I can not sit in the normal position to work on the desk desu.

I need to sit like this now desu.


and I do not want to cause any more muscle damage on my leg or kneel by it desu.

I gonna take a day off for 2-3 days or more to see if it's getting better or not ne.

but I will keep working at a relaxing speed desu.


I have read and studied about this, the worst is this muscle pain might risk becoming Immunodeficiency if I keep on going like before desu.


in short, I think I need to hold myself down a lot in order to prevent any more damage desu.
