I understand that when the professional company fired their employers they need to be polite in order to protect their benefit desu.

that people called the mercy? called respect?

but I will never do that to people in my crew desu.

when you are not part of the crew you will get thrown by me into the sea desu.

when you are not part of the crew you will be shot by the rain of the arrow desu.

and I will make sure to show people what kind of our organization looks like desu.

but

that is what I called the respect desu.

because I not going to make any benefit from getting rid of people

from my crew desu.

and I not going to tell everybody that this is the justice desu.

because when you are on my crew, the only justice we have is our agenda desu.

in short,

doing something behind someone back

or try to take the benefit from fired people in the crew is not my policy desu.

why am I suddenly talking about this?

today I see people from my country celebrating Fanbox aks them politely

to LEAVE desu. that is really hilarious desu.

how naive and beautiful worlds they live in desu.

I not going to say that Fanbox is wrong but I want to show you guys that something like this will never happen on my system desu.

If I am the leader of Pixiv, I will make sure to tie people from my country together and throw them into the sea and make it clear that

I throw Satanel-san into the sea because of his low motivation, this person is supposed to be the leader of the RPG game of our organization desu.

low motivation in this position means the only death sentence desu.

I throw Hentaitalia-san into the sea because he is too arrogant to follow me desu.

but I already make it clear that I throw him into the sea desu.

I throw assistant-san into the sea because he gives me an excuse instead of the work results desu.
