そして今週もお疲れさまでした!


先週の進捗報告でもお伝えしたように

今週からまた新アニメを公開していきます!


今回は台詞付きのアニメーションです

ですが、音声はアニメ完成後にまとめて依頼をする予定の為、現在はまだついていません

音楽と効果音のみがついています


ブルアカゲーム内のメモリアルロビーっぽくしたかったので

服のアニメや、台詞入れ等を作り込むのに思ったより時間がかかってしまいました…

しかしその分クオリティの高いアニメが作れて良い経験になりました!

新しい事をいろいろ取り入れ過ぎて筆が遅くなっているので、慣れて素早く作れるようになりたい!

As we told you in last week's progress report

I will be releasing another new animation this week!


This time it is an animation with dialogue!

However, the voice will be commissioned after the animation is completed, so it is not attached yet.

Only music and sound effects are included.


I wanted to make it look like the Memorial Lobby in the bluearchive.

It took me longer than I expected to make the animation of the clothes and the dialogue...

However, it was a good experience for me to produce a high quality animation!

I want to get used to it and be able to make it quickly!

今週も大変でした…!

立ち絵のアニメくらいならすぐに作れるかと思ったんですが、想像以上に時間がかかってしまいました

アニメ制作自体は、動きを絞り込んだ事もあってすぐに作れましたが、他の部分が問題でした


時間がかかる要因はいくつかあります


〇線画・色塗り(立ち絵だけでも100個以上のパーツ、U149のようなアニメは300個以上orz)

 極端な話、パーツ1個でも動かす事は出来ますが、パーツを分ける程綺麗にかつ複雑な動きをつける事が出来ます

 イラストや漫画の時は意識しなくても良い、「本来見えない筈の部分」を描き込んでいかないといけないので

 とにかく大変で時間のかかる作業です!


〇アニメ出力後のチェック

 出力中はパソコンに触れないので待ち状態です

 出力後に細かいミスに気付いて出力し直す事も多いです

 Clipstudioから出力→Live2dでアニメ化して出力→Aviutilで編集して出力

 多数の出力工程のどこかでミスったら、最悪一番手前まで戻って出力し直しで、本当に泣きたくなる!


〇台詞の管理

 こちらは表に見えない部分です

 (misskeyではexcelの管理資料を一部公開してるので興味がある方はそちらへ!)

 声優さんにスムーズに依頼出来るよう台詞管理も重要です

 漢字に読み仮名をふり、ト書きを入れ、依頼時の文字数をカウントしておく…

 まだ依頼はしていませんが、他にも注意点や準備しておく事は有ると思います



短縮できそうな部分は線画と塗り工程なので、この辺はスムーズに進められるよう練習します!

This week was also very difficult...!

I thought I could make an animation of a standing picture quickly, but it took longer than I imagined.

I was able to make the animation quickly, partly because I had narrowed down the movements, but other parts were problematic.


There were several factors that made it take so long


〇line drawings and coloring (more than 100 parts for a standing picture alone, and more than 300 parts for an animation like U149 orz)

 In extreme cases, it is possible to move a single part, but the more parts you divide, the more beautiful and complex the movement can be.

 In illustrations and cartoons, you don't have to be aware of the "parts that are not supposed to be visible", so you have to draw them in.

 This is a very difficult and time-consuming process!


〇Check after animation output

 While outputting, e cannot touch the computer, so i am in a state of waiting.

 After outputting, I often notice small mistakes and output again.

 Output from Clipstudio -> animated by Live2d -> edited by Aviutil -> output

 If a mistake is made anywhere in the numerous output processes, the worst thing that can happen is to go back to the very beginning and output again, which really makes me want to cry!


〇Management of dialogues

 This is the part you can't see on the front page.

 (misskey has published some of the management documents in excel, so if you are interested, please go there!)

 It is also important to manage the dialogue so that the voice actors can work smoothly.

 I put reading kana for kanji characters, add acting instructions, and count the number of characters when i request...

 I haven't requested it yet, but I'm sure there are other things to keep in mind and be prepared for.



The parts that could be shortened are the line drawings and the painting process, so I will practice these so that I can proceed

smoothly!
