利用規約の改定について (Pixiv Fanbox)

表題の件につきまして

現状と今後の方針を説明させて頂きます。

先日、pixivFANBOX公式より以下の通達がありました。

巷では契約カード会社にまつわる規約や、

著しい規約違反となる行為があったためなどと言われていますが、定かなことは分かりません。

要約として記載にある通り、以下の表現が規制されるようです。

・児童ポルノまたは児童虐待

・近親相姦

・獣姦

・レイプ (同意の無い性的行為)

・人または体の非合法的な切断　

など公序良俗に反する行為

上記内「児童ポルノまたは児童虐待」は

行為を受ける側だけではなく、竿役のショタにも適応される可能性があります。

他にもいくつかの規制項目が私の支援サイト内のコンテンツに抵触する恐れがあります。

そのため、突然過去の投稿が消える場合があります。

予めご了承ください。

今後に投稿するコンテンツは以下の方針となります。

・少年は登場しない、あるいは画面外にいる

（代わりに登場するのはゴブリンや、卑しい小男となる）

・明らかな獣姦は描かない（獣人がOKであるかは不明）

・性行為は、基本的には合意である

（いうほどレイプを描いていないと思うので大丈夫かな・・・）

さらに詳細な内容は今月末に発表されるようです。

その内容如何で、上の方針も変更されるかもしれません。何卒ご了承ください。

■現在進行している企画について

なんと、もろに少年がおばさんをレイプ気味な内容となってしまっています・・・

こちらは公開する進行データではクソガキに修正が入るなど変なことになってしまうかも・・・うーん

月末の発表を待って考えます。最悪、竿役が亜人となる可能性もあります。

色々落ち着くまでエルフ、獣人、亜人が入り乱れるカオスなコンテンツとなってしまうかもしれませんが、

Regarding the subject matter

I would like to explain the current situation and our future policy.

The other day, we received the following notice from pixivFANBOX official.

There have been some reports on the street about terms and conditions related to contracted credit card companies and

The reason for the notice is said to be that there was a significant violation of the terms and conditions of the contracted credit card company, but we don't know for sure.

As a summary, the following expressions are restricted.

Child pornography or child abuse

Incest

Bestiality

Rape (sexual acts without consent)

Illegal mutilation of the person or body　

Acts that are offensive to public order and morals, such as the following

Child pornography or child abuse" is defined as

may be applied not only to those who are subjected to such acts, but also to shorties who play the role of a rod.

Several other restrictions may be in conflict with the content in my support site.

As a result, past postings may suddenly disappear.

Please understand this beforehand.

The following policy will apply to content that I post in the future.

The boy will not appear, or will be off-screen.

(Instead, it will be goblins or lowly little men who appear.)

No obvious bestiality will be depicted (it is not clear if anthro. is allowed).

Sexual acts are basically consensual.

(I don't think it depicts rape as much as it says it does, so I hope that's ok...)

About the project that is currently in progress

The content of this project is that a boy raped an aunt....

The data we are going to release may be modified in some weird way...hmmm....

I'll wait for the announcement at the end of the month and think about it. Worst case scenario, the little brat may be a subhuman.

Until things settle down, we may end up with a chaotic mix of elves, beasts, and subhumans.

We will do our best, so please don't give up on us!
