I've been experimenting and testing something that is not new, but I never had the opportunity to use until now, and that is "frame interpolation"

--

Basically it makes an animation become more fluid by adding frames between the original ones, and so far the results are better than what I expected ..only problem is the background not being able to keep it's consistence, as it conflicts with the movement of other elements.

--

I made lots of tests but I'm going to show only 2 of them, one today, another tomorrow with more explanation.

So i guess this means this could work when not editing on top of a background? I'm confused

Looks pretty good, I kinda like the choppyness of the original animation though

yeah good test, but i like the old one more, weirdly it feels more natural.

Interpolation feels really uncanny on your works. I think the lower frames gives the animation more "weight' to it.

that's right, in this test1 the background is static and gets all messed up, so static backgrounds is a no ..but what if the background moves along too? well, test2 will show up tomorrow along with the final explanation.

Rivaliant

i'm sorry but seeing the tiles move between her hair bow is beyond distracting

easily fixable, this is a test after all, it is about the smoothness and not the little details I can fix when the real thing comes.
