Minnie flash fixed (Pixiv Fanbox)

Not big deal at first sight, but:

-Removed and added better sounds

-Peel down and back have their own sound effect

-Balanced sound volume of some effects to match others

When I was in the making of M.Viper I foud some errors on certain past flash animations with the same motion as these (Mabel, Blossom and This one)

For now I will fix only this one but keep the fixes for future ones.
