PIXIVの利用規約改定について/Revision of Pixiv Terms of Use (Pixiv Fanbox)

既にSNSでも話題になっている内容ですが、12月にPIXIVの利用規約に

変更がかかり、運用に影響が出てくるものと思われます。

This has already been discussed on social networking sites, but in December, PIXIV's terms of service will be changes will be made to PIXIV's terms of service in December, which will affect our operations.

簡単に言いますと、以下がアウトになります。

・児童ポルノまたは児童虐待

・近親相姦

・獣姦

・レイプ (同意の無い性的行為)

・人または体の非合法的な切断　

など公序良俗に反する行為

Briefly, the following are out of bounds

・Child pornography or child abuse

・Incest

・Bestiality

・Rape (sexual conduct without consent)

・Illegal mutilation of the person or body　

Acts that are offensive to public order and morals such as the following

■最悪の事態の場合

この場所はのこしたまま、別のサイトへと活動拠点を移動します。

その際はご迷惑をおかけしますが、アナウンスしますので、移動をお願いいたします。

今回の件の一番の理由は「3次元の児童買春写真の温床となっていた」という事ですが、何故ルールを守って活動していた創作側の人間が苦しい思いをしなければならないのかという思いです。正直しんどい。

ニッチなジャンルではありますが、皆さんの温かいご支援のおかげで活動してこれましたし、今後も皆さんに提供していけるように頑張るつもりです。

自身も描いてて楽しいので、なんとか

みなさんとこの場を継続していければなと強くおもっています。

好きなものを続けるって大変なんだなとあらためて思います。

■Worst case scenario

We will leave this location as it is and move our activities to another site.

The main reason for this case is that "the site has become a hotbed of 3-D child prostitution photos," and I wonder why people on the creative side who were active in following the rules should have to suffer. Frankly speaking, it is very hard.

Although it is a niche genre, thanks to everyone's warm support, I have been able to continue my activities, and I intend to do my best so that I can continue to offer my work to everyone.

I enjoy drawing myself, so I will do my best to continue to do so.

I strongly hope that I can continue to work with everyone here.

I am reminded once again how hard it is to keep doing what you love.
