Hard drive dead (Patreon)

Important notice, my external hard drive has been damaged and I am trying by all means to try to recover the information, I am using tenorshare, but apparently the program has a quota, has any of you used it? If so, could someone lend me a key? I will try to get the money but I have to say that I don't have it at the moment, please help me if you can, all my years of work is there and I know that it needs to be backed up but I haven't been able to raise money for a new hard drive either.
