Macy still has Telekinesis, and now after this ep she has her fire power back. Mel manipulates molecules, making molecules speed up makes things heat up/melt (piper ends up getting this expansion to her combustion power in the charmed comics), slowing down molecules makes them freeze to ice. She also has her freezing power back (molecular immobilization). Maggie is still an empath, but her emotions can be channeled into attacks and has foresight.
