I wanted to release this anim after the announcement trailer but the VA was busy at the time o:

I'm gonna have to charge you guys this month because I want to hire some people to help me finish the build and also need to pay for all voice acting and stuffs. I've done some progress this month but it wasnt fast enough to have anything playable.

Ive actually finished the script to export all animations: 

So now I can just hit the button and it will export all animations of the specified character to fbx. This means that now I can finally put everything into the engine and it will be easy to adjust if its broken since i just need to hit one button.

Ive also spent a lot of time adjusting hand proportions because they were aweful

Basically I've downscaled the palm, improved the finger rigging and made the fingers lose less volume. 

I've done a lot of edits to alyx's textures including shifting her hip bone down so it's more anatomically correct. I cant show it though cuz they were overriten.

I been also makin a new outfit for Alyx. I've finished the shoes and almost finished the jeans (they dont have texture yet):

Me and Tiaz have also been writing a new interesting story for the game since the idea I had (which was a prequel of hl2 where u play as alyx) isnt that fresh anymore xD We have something interesting in mind which I'll probably share with you guys later.

O also Tiaz found a guy that will probably help us with level design. He used to work at ubisoft which is pretty cool i tihnk.

So yea this month i'll have multiple people helping out with the project which will probably speed things up.
