Hi my loves, it's come to my attention that a lot of people don't understand how Patreon billing works and I want to help you all.

I try to understand how people choose to spend their money and I put myself in the consumer's point of view because, despite being a creator I subscribe to people as well.

Sometimes, it's in your best interest to subscribe on the first of the month because, that way you get to enjoy a full thirty day period before being charged again. It hurts you in the long run if you subscribe later if you're trying to be mindful of your purchases because, the billing happens on the first of the month despite when you sign up.

So if you subscribe May 29th, you will be charged June 1st.

If you don't care and want to pay twice, I appreciate that haha. Sometimes I'll subscribe whenever I feel too because, I just want the content right then and there. However, I know we're in a rough time right now in America. Gas prices are rising, harmful laws are being passed/discussed, and it's becoming more expensive to live so, if you just want to enjoy a little content and not over extend yourself I would understand not wanting to pay an additional five dollars that could be spent on eggs, milk, bread, or toiletries.

Some others may allow you to remain in the unknown so they could collect additional funds but, I've always been about giving you the best bang for your buck.

So, I hope you all understand now that regardless of when you sign up, billing is on the 1st and maybe that will encourage you to sign up within the first week of the month.

People are honestly slow, Patreon even tells you that you'll be billed on the first during purchases, it's just in small print. READ THE FINE PRINT!
