D’arby was in an unwinable situation because even if it payed off dio would have killed him for putting his secret on the table.

The reason Jotaro's bluff worked is because he kept making D'Arby think that Star Platinum was so fast he could switch all 5 cards without him noticing. He did the trick with the cigarette and the juice to scare D'Arby even more. 😂

He also technically didn't actually call the Dio bet before passing out

The final "Cairo" arc is by far my favorite part of part 3. Looking foward to seeing you and Ants thoughts on the next episodes

I love Jotaro's bluff here XD. If you are betting the soul of your damn mother, the opponent must call with something just as big for them, so asking for the secret of Dio's Stand is fair. But Dio WOULDN'T take it kindly to someone even betting his secrets, even if they had an absolutely assured win. If D'arby made the bet, he would have won, but the consequences would have been WAY worse than losing. The moment Jotaro asked for that, D'arby was in a Lose-Lose Situation XD.

The "Cairo Arc" is finally here and I don't think they are ready. It has begun.

The Sigil Chronicles

Another awesome video! Also, if you haven't seen it, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is a good title you can look into for a future series

Cannot wait to see you guys watch more!

The cool thing about this is that some one won a big poker tournament by not looking at their hand, every one just kept folding over and over again.

Jotaro's Bluff was so genius here, because no matter what, D'Arby loses. Think about the kind of guy Dio is. "You wagered WHAT? Who said that was yours to wager." Dio would have killed him for even risking the information about his stand.

This episode and moments like it are why I really enjoy Jotaro as a Jojo, he's got a cool head under any kind of pressure.

I'm the total opposite with Poker, I love five-card but I barely know how to play Texas Hold'em, I need to practice. And honestly, I'm with you. Even though I've watched the series before it's been a while and I also forgot about Kakyoin, lmao Another thing I forgot was that Jotaro's game with D'Arby was literally only two hands, I thought it was longer but no, the bluff literally goes on for THAT long.
