Where is the best place to invest money you "might" need in the six months?

Anonymous

I agree ☝️ If you might need the money, I guess conservatively you need it so cash earning 4.5% at vanguard’s cash plus may be a good place. NFA DYOR

I think I dosged a bullet here. But several big youtube channels had already mentioned security issues maybe 2 years ago! The lesson I learned this year - eventually very obvious threats ( Celsius, ledger, keeping money on exchanges) really do become liabilities. Do due diligence always, and don't take any unnecessary risks in crypto.

Hi James Could you please do retire on Google/ Nvidia Many thanks again for your kind attention

JIC: In a Barron's piece on energy (in the weekly issue), Tesla was discussed as an energy play.

I was saying earlier how "the system" hates TESLA...almost like they want to buy it super cheep. I hope that the fundamentals win eventually. It is energy and AI. Something tells me that analysts are not stupid. Just bought and paid for by Gov and Wallstreet.

James, I think 2023 is your "Lynn Alden" moment. Last year she absolutely blew up and became a household name in the world of Financial Content Creators. I think this is the year that you go parabolic. You just keep getting better and better by listening to your audience and experimenting with a variety of formats, constantly evolving, and striving for continuous improvement. Dude, I think you are putting out phenominal content and you deserve to moon harder than Pepe 😃 I hear your name being positively tossed around in more and more places. Keep it up man, people love it. Building in the Bear Market is going to lead to wonderful things for IA.

Great guidance and Q&A today. Thanks James. BTW...earlier this weekend, I opined...Retire On Eth Validator node. Might be a cool exercise to run the numbers and show in addition to 32 staked Eth, how a validator with delegated eth could (or not) generate the retire $ you've calc'd for each destination. You could model how much additional delegated staked eth a node operator would need to attract and the % fee they'd play between. For example 2% to 10% of total rewards...model out sweet spot. I've not researched how eth validators set their delegation fees...assuming similar to sol. Cheers!!!

Quick!!! Pair trade between Pepe and James! ;) Great note Brandon!

Can’t stake Eth on ledger without updating to firmware 2.2.1. Just tried to check if it allows or not and it prompted me to update my firmware at some point from my computer. Didn’t go any further. Think if you choose to update, then you can be given the option to opt in or out for the ledger recovery service???

Thank you for answering my q submission in such great detail! I am taking notes and implementing some adjustments.

James another great video. Thank you. You said that there would always be a fiat on ramp and off ramp in crypto it just depends on how you do it. Can you elaborate on this. I agree humans are intuitive, but this is something that definitely concerns me about crypto.

James, in the old days I used to look at historical vol cones for implieds in FX. Is something like this available for TSLA please? Would help to give a clearer perspective of how rich/cheap implieds are when looking for value. Thanks.

What % of your crypto do you plan to not layer out of during the next bull run?

Anonymous

What I think he meant is that they can never stop/block peer to peer trading. There's a good chance the crypto horse has already bolted from the stable and it's out of their hands now. Still good to take the risk into consideration though!
