A suggestion from a while back I followed up on. The primal professor from Pokemon Scarlet/Violet got a lot of rep before the game came out, most of her hunting and eating pokemon. Someone pitched her wrestling a pokegirl because it's old-fashioned like that, so she shows a new trainer how SHE catches a wild Lopunny.

Vi was eager to get her pokemon adventure going. She ran off to meet Professor Sada to get her starter, eager to see what specimens she had for her to choose from. Sada was awfully strange for a pokemon researcher, looking more wild than anyone Vi knew herself.
