As Jack embarks on her date with the loathsome Mr. Davis, she encounters somebody she didn't expect...

Phew! This one was a fun but somewhat challenging episode of Jack & Jill. I'm really enjoying writing the insights into Jill's mind via her journals. Now I miss them in the older editions and wish I'd introduced the idea earlier. 😀

Really can't wait to see what everyone thinks of this one. Especially the ending!

Wow!!!! Jack's old flame!!!! I didn't know he had a serious girlfriend. I'm wondering what her intentions to her formal boyfriend would be? Would she help her escape or probably enjoying her formal boyfriend be objectify by other men, just like Jack was objectifying other women behind her back?

Jill's IQ has increased greatly.

Jill is experiencing a role reversal do to men being attracted to her and other women being jealous. When Jill was Jack, he attracted women towards him and making other guys jealous.

I bet Davis and Xu plan for this to happen at some point for not just Jill going to the mainland, but to test her see if she will panic and escape and adding his formal flame and her reaction to the mix.

Thank you so much, Ella! Jill's introduction to the "real world" (even in this limited context) is definitely the next step on her journey. As she said, what happens to her on the island is one thing because it's in isolation. Everyone there knows what she "really" is, which is both a blessing and a curse. In the real world, everyone will just assume she's a hot girl and treat her as such -- essentially turning her into one "for real." At least, that's the theory. 😀

What is fascinating about this part of the story is that Jill is moving towards a new romantic dimension of herself and I noticed one really interesting thing that is Jill's observation towards Madison that leads us to believe in an obscure will of the Jack era and that is the phrase; "Until I start to realize I was falling in love. So naturally i broke up with her" . Awesome EA.

I know exactly what her response will be just from the look in Mad's Eye....."OMG.....I NEVER KNEW!!!!.....O WOW you look fantastic.....let me take a good look at you baby.......WHY DIDN'T you tell me you wanted to be a woman......I'd have fully supported your decision to transition......wow I can't believe it,.....She gives Jill a hug and says I always hoped we'd reconnect and now we don't have to worry about those awkards can we still be friends time, hell, we could be girlfriends now!!!

Jill's facial expressions on pages 10 and 11 aren't convincing me that she isn't also feeling more than a bit of pride over the public reaction to her exquisite feminine charms. The hand poses on page 15 are a master touch.

Thank you, France! This is definitely an old wound (self-inflicted) of Jack's, which has now come to visit Jill in the present. How will she interact with her ex-girlfriend? So much depends on Madison's reaction....
