Bugfix: Possible crash when a track is deleted
Bugfix: Baked audio not being discarded when the audio device sample rate changes
Bugfix: Baked audio can play back at the wrong sample rate
Bugfix: Some samples play back in mono until the channel mode is manually changed (or the block is baked)
