Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of vamX from:

how do i enable collision

Collision is already present for this environment. I double checked the teacher's desk and student's desk that the woman starts at, and collision worked fine (their hands stopped at the desks). If you load a pose and something goes wrong, sometimes vamX disables male and female person collision to stop explosions. If that happened, simply loading any other pose enables collision for both male and female people.
