Which plugin is responsible for rotating the world in VAMX?

vamx

I'm not sure what you mean by which plugin? It's the vamX plugin. Are you trying to adjust something in it? If so, you'll need to let me know what you wish was different so I can improve it. If you don't know how to use it, let me know and I'll explain, as it wasn't in this tutorial.

Finally getting a hold of what’s going on but I have a pressing question; if a creator ports a model and makes a 3d asset for their hair instead of using simulated hair, is there any way to port that into the VaMX scene? Currently I’m able to get every other part of the look in with the exception of some extra unity asset bitties that don’t really affect the experience, and have been using simulated hair that’s as close as I can get. Not perfect but it sorta works?

There isn't any automatic way to do this, but there is an asset for it, CUAManager. I haven't personally used it, but its popular, and you should be able to save a preset for your atom in the original scene, then load it in the new scene. Check https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/cuamanager.547/

Hi, I could find any tuts to show how to run VamX on Oculus quest 2 in VR mode. Does VamX support in Oculus Quest 2 ? or any workaround for it if not applicable. I'm a newbie to VR. Thanks for help -)

Hi, In order to use vamX on the Oculus Quest 2 you must connect the Oculus Quest 2 to your VR ready computer (fast, with an nVidia 10xx or 20xx video card). You will be prompted to allow the computer to connect, and then to enter link mode. You need to also have installed and setup the Oculus software on your computer.
