Sarah update (Patreon)

Hey guys, I decided to give Sarah a little rework. Her butt always had these weird angles and her tummy did not bend well. I also decided to make her butt bit thicker and rounder.

Also I felt it was time to change her haircut and touch up her face. Bonus points if you recognize what is different on her face :)
