I totally am with you on Serena constantly making dumb choices and being not trustworthy but you keep saying Jenny is acting like a child - which is correct but she is like a year younger than Serena, so what makes her less annoying in your eyes? For me, Serena and Jenny are without a doubt the most exhausting characters on this show bc they constantly only think of themselves, make stupid decisions and are instantly forgiven by everybody no matter how messed up their actions are.

I love that they finally centered an episode around Dorota who has been Blair's concience for many years now. And Blair evolving, realising her own mistakes and wanting more for herself I APPLAUD.

While both are annoying characters. For me Serena is worst, and it isn’t and age thing but rather it is an attitude thing. Serena has this victim woe is me mentality at times and she is constantly tripping over the same rock, time and time again (boys). Serena’s character is a comeplete bechdel test fail.

I absolutely agree. Serena always acts like the victim, even though most of her issues are self-inflicted or consequences of her dumb choices (granted her mother didn't set a great example here either). But Jenny may have had a hard time integrating into this elite society in the beginning though by now she's a full member of that club with a job many people would kill for, friends in all the high places and she could just lie back and enjoy it. But what does she do? She falls for any man that is even remotely nice to her and hella rich and does the most annoying shit to be with them. She is like a terrible mix of Serena and Blair: she lies and schemes to get what she wants, but she's not even good at it and when all her dumb choices blow up in her face she plays the victim card and acts as if all the people she mistreated are the bad guys. And look all the people on this show (besides maybe Dorota and Eric) are TERRIBLE. But Serena and Jenny claim they're better than that and they clearly are not.
