Man, I hate that Q dies. His death is worse than Keith's for me.

Keiths death hit me hard but somehow this hit harder. He was turning his life around and had so much left to live. I was shocked you called it last season and then in this episode. I didn't see it coming.

As far as his death scene, I didn't mind that as much as just the death in general. I think a lot of shows give big or dramatic deaths (like Keiths) but sometimes there are just random and senseless acts of violence in the world. Q was feeling great and doing well and then random tragedy. Wrong place at the wrong time. Maybe that's now coupled with I was ambushed and robbed at machete point on a beautiful day in Costa Rica on a popular hiking trail 2 months ago at 1 in the afternoon (and I wasn't hiking alone). Random. Luckily it wasn't worse, but we never know when something like that can happen.

trust the process. there was no underlying reason why the actor left this is just how it was written and season 6 is the best season so don’t worry and just have faith lol

I think Peyton does suspect something else happened, but she doesn't want to push Brooke on it. And yeah, Q's death always gets me like wtf.

Q‘s death was so out of the blue that it made us all react the way Steven did. But I think it will make sense eventually. Next episode is gonna be super painful though, one of the saddest episodes of the entire show.

Agreed! I think Peyton doesn’t fully believe Brooke‘s excuse, that’s why her focus was on “how can I be here for you” rather than “you need to go to a hospital”

I was surprised you predicted Q's death last season and again in this episode, I was hoping they were going to make him a cast member, I was not expecting them to kill him, The show doesn't exactly make it a regular event to kill important characters, I mean up to this point the only person they really killed was Keith, in six seasons. I do appreciate the randomness of it thought, because unfortunately random acts of violence happen a lot, so I think it's interesting that instead of a big dramatic car drives off a bridge, Nanny Carrie hits him with a car, it's he walks into a gas station being robbed. Although, I will point out I Appreciate that now, then I was just very upset, their was no appreciation, just disappointment, surprise and anger. Also, I actually really liked that show he did with Psycho Derek, I wish Hellcats had gotten more seasons.

Q’s death definitely hits hard! This season definitely starts with two bangs. Like WTF first Brooke now Q. I will do say this. The writers definitely did an exceptional work with this season and made the show more dramatic and interesting. And I think there is awesome payoff from these first two episodes of Season 6.

I remember when you weren't all that keen on Q and now you're basically fuming over his death. I feel like that's the same journey we all took. That look on Q's face when he realized what was going on, like he was having an out of body experience but also just looking around at the last place he was going to be alive in...man, that destroyed me. I am NOT ready to relive next episode. I'm just not. Q's death broke me. Also, yeah, I was screaming at the screen for Peyton to just look at the finger shaped bruises on Brooke's neck and just use common sense to realize her bestie did not roll down the stairs and get two black eyes out of it.

So true on that being all our journeys. He was annoying like Nathan at first but then all the character development. We loved him then they killed him. Ug. So sad. :(

I know that Peyton didn’t know exactly what happened to Brooke, but she knows something is wrong - so why did you move out so quickly? I would have at least given it a few days.

Q's death is like 10x sadder to me than Keith's. I just loved his character so much and he brought something so great to the show. But they do handle it well and it creates some heartbreaking but beautiful moments. Still wish he had stayed around though. could've been a top 5 character

Q died cause he signed on with another Pilot as a lead male star on the same network. That show had 2 seasons i think.

The actor for Q recently went on the Drama Queens podcast and shared it was a contract issue that fell through, mainly caused by his agent messing things up for him. He was supposed to be a series regular.
