I really don't understand the point of completely erasing jugheads asexuality. Him and Betty could've still been together, just not sexually. Genuinely confused tbh 🤷‍♀️

I agree that it would have been great for Jughead to be asexual but in most of the comics it’s never really established so it’s not really erasure. In most of the comics his love is for food and he never really talks about girls so it can be assumed but never established so I guess Riverdale writers just ignored it
