Changes to Patreon tiers (Patreon)

Howdy ♥ I've made few changes to Patreon tiers today!

• 🍀 Level 1 now can participate in monthly polls
• 🌼 Level 2 from now on can suggest characters
• Votes for 🌸 Level 3 & 🌺 Maximum Level now will count as two
