[Kienbiu] Changes to Exclusive Rewards (Patreon)

Hi, I'm Kienbiu 

It's been nearly 4 years since I opened my Patreon. Received many supports from people from all over the world, I have done ~180 artworks for Patreon and it's still counting.

Over ~10,000 images from all the versions of these ~180 artworks, almost half of them are exclusive contents that only been sent to my supporters of some specific months. It's what made my artworks seem to be very exclusive and limited.

Newcomers to my Patreon have missed many exclusive versions of their fav that they couldn't find anywhere. The only way available now is though YinYang Tier (the highest Tier on my Patreon). 

The thing about YinYang Tier is it's running based on the cycle of monthly subscription and message on Patreon which is required a lot of my time to take care of each supporters one by one. Sometime it took you more than a month just to get the old rewards.
The more supporters I have, the harder and slower the processes became.

😭 There're days I couldn't draw a thing because I'm too busy managing customers data and sending emails the-whole-day...

I think it's time I will have to let go of all this processes for something more automatically. Even though it means that the exclusive versions of my old artworks won't be "Exclusive" no more. So I would have more time to focus on creating more new artworks.

From July 2021, I will update and sells Patreon Exclusive versions of past rewards on my Gumroad (gumroad.com/kienbiu).

It will be updated to the same link on my shop, as an option to buy the "Exclusive versions" of the artworks. 

For my current YinYang Tier supporters, don't worry, updating new buying options for my old rewards takes a lot of time. I have ~180 rewards to update and the process could took years, started with the oldest first. YinYang Tier will still runs like usual. I will make sure the prices for all the Patreon Tiers is still a good deal compared to my Gumroad shop, because it's you guys that made all the rewards possible.

In the future, after the changes, I hope people will moved to my Gumroad to get the exclusive versions of old artworks instead, so I won't have to spend too much time managing and sending emails one by one for each requests 😭
