Yeah he is the swiss master chef Marco Brüschweiler and is known for his expertise in Thai cuisine and being Lisa's step father.

Yeah that's her stepfather. I remember seeing somewhere a while back that one day Lisa wants to open a Thai restaurant in South Korea, which is probably inspired by her parents.
