Hello everyone, the mp3 files for September will be sent out after the September payments are processed, on October 3rd! Only a few more days :) 

One of the great things about hypnosis is that it can be used in many ways. Sometimes overtly, with commands and force, or other times with subtle, subliminal effects that you don't notice until you are suddenly wetting yourself. 

Subliminal effects are  effects that you don't consciously notice but that stay in the back of your mind. If you hear someone whisper "wet yourself" mixed in with the sound of conversation, music, and other background noise, you might not realize it, but you've heard it, and the message is in your mind. If you hear a song in which this message is subtly repeated, again and again you might even notice that you have an urge to pee, and you aren't sure why. 

I think subliminal effects are a great way to go for anyone who wants a slow and easy transition into something new. For instance, slowly building a habit of wearing diapers every evening before bed... or slowly starting to believe that your bladder is getting weaker... or a subliminal track that plays in the background, reminding you to use your diaper :)

I like the idea of subliminal effects, but would be more interested if they only lasted for the session rather than an entire day.

Subliminal affirmations can do wonders to help modify behaviour and reinforce beliefs.

Maybe subliminal identity building? Like ways to reinforce your little side subtly?
