Hey everyone. To keep this short, I've got an art block, which is why there's been little activity recently. I'm realizing that this way of managing Patreon is not ideal and only exhausts me mentally.

The biggest "issue" for me is the monthly poll, where I have a hard time thinking about the scenario and I end up being stuck for days (aka right now). I know I could do a simple pin-up, but I'd rather want to tell a story or aim for some kind of vibe.

My question is; how do you feel about the content and frequency I post and what rewards would you be interested in? I don't follow enough Patreon creators to know what rewards they offer, so please, any suggestions are more than welcome.

Eventually I also plan on doing (shorter) comics, however, I lack writing skills and would need some help. I'm thinking one of the higher tiers could suggest ideas/scenarios for them. This is just one of my possible ideas in the future, but please let me know your thoughts.

I'll try my best to post the poll winner next week and of course I'll let you guys know if I decide to make some changes. Thank you for understanding and enjoy the rest of the weekend!

To be honest, with the amount of high-quality art you create every month, I'm amazed you're still managing your mental health as well as you are. I think many people would have burnt out ages ago under the stress you endure. You are definitely your own worst critic. I know art doesn't bring you the same joy it used to, but unfortunately that seems to be a trend among people who turn their hobbies into a serious source of income. Especially so with the risk of people withdrawing their pledges when you stop drawing what they want to see. You already devote so much time to poll winners and top-tier rewards, I imagine there can't be much energy left over to draw your own ideas. And honestly you could be putting out some new piece every day and there would still be people complaining that their fav didn't win the poll. I'm not sure what the best solution is. If scaling back the number of finished pieces every month is an option, it might be worth considering. The full-body/full-colour/shaded pieces are amazing, but maybe put a limit on how many of those you make in a month. Honestly I miss your sketch pages. I loved seeing the silly expressions and messy lines, and all the fun ideas you would come up with. I'm not saying this because I want you to start making those again, but because they seemed to bring you joy, which bled through in every line. I hope you still can find time for things that make you happy. If it isn't art, then I hope there is something else you can spend time enjoying.

I wouldn't mind you just drawing what you like. Everyone here just wants to support you!

I really miss doing sketch pages too... I think it's just my perfectionism getting worse and I have the need to finish every piece to make it worthy of posting. I'll def try to make some loose sketches soon. I seriously appreciate you still supporting me after all these years, you're incredible and your words mean a lot to me. Thank you.
