Commentary

My original plan was for Susan to successfully recruit a whole ton of generic NPCs, but the more I thought about it, the less sense it made that it would actually work.

Fortunately, I like this better.

Panel four didn't start out as an intentional My Hero Academia reference ("I am here" is the catchphrase of a main character, and appending a description to it a recurring joke), but then I realized what I had written, considered who was saying it, and it became an INTENTIONAL My Hero Academia reference, darn it!
