I apology for being constant delay on delivering the monthly stuff, I thought my lumber sprain is kinda got better but when I sit a few hours in row, 

I still feel pain and when my doctor said that to work out my core muscles is the only way to overcome the relapse

to be honest I was so lazy on working out since I haven't ever really tried it before...my bad.

I feel so guilty on making those excuses constantly, I won't say forgive me but will try to maintain both the quality work and my condition :(
