DEC. 2021 REWARD (Lineart) (Patreon)

Two hours after midnight, and technically late for Christmas in other words, but whew, it feels good to finally get the lineart done for this! That's only half the battle, though, and I still need to get this done in time for the end of the month... what with it being one of my most complicated pieces thus far. God help me. X'D

The characters chosen for this year's Christmas reward were, from first place to third, Hiro Hamada from Big Hero 6, Sora from Kingdom Hearts, and Ren Amamiya/Akira Kurusu from Persona 5, the latter two were decided by tiebreaker votes. I've been meaning to draw the first two getting tickled together ever since the promotional material for Kingdom Hearts III included Big Hero 6 as one of its worlds, and this was as good an excuse as any to have that happen, so thank you, voters! I should stress, though, that all characters depicted here are portrayed as 18+. I'm fully aware that all three of the victims are teenagers in canon, and as such I made a conscious effort to go with the oldest-looking portrayals of them, with a somewhat customized look for Hiro in particular to this end. I hope I succeeded in making them all look legally aged, but I truly appreciate any tips and tricks for believably aged-up looks for fictional character portrayals in the future!

As with last year's December reward, I had the ticklers be a variety of different characters from various works of media that I have found enjoyment in, so you can say that this is a tribute to the fandoms I love. I do intend to add more iconography of several other franchises in the final version - I'm thinking of having the total number of fandoms represented be a nice 15 total - but for now, see if you can guess who's who and what franchises are represented this time around! ;)
