AUG. 2021 REWARD (Lineart) (Patreon)

This month's reward's featured character, as determined by your vote by a landslide, is Shinra Kusakabe, from Atsushi Ōkubo's Fire Force! I've been meaning to start reading this manga for a while now but since a lot of sites aren't hosting it anymore it's been quite the struggle. Still, anything from the creator of Soul Eater is good in my book, and Shinra himself goes barefoot so frequently that one has to wonder why he isn't featured in tickling art more often! Given his ability, of course, I had to get a bit creative to avoid giving anybody third-degree burns, so I decided to have a collection of water jets do the honors, seeing as that means of tickling is underrated and makes perfect thematic sense!

I don't really have any context for this piece, because again, I haven't read enough of the manga to come up with a situation that's a twist on any canon scene or otherwise fits within the story. So naturally I defaulted to the typical laboratory setting that everyone knows and loves, though in this case at least there's the excuse that because the pyrokinesis ability displayed by most of the characters in this series is a relatively recent phenomenon that warrants further study. =P
