About Declined patrons (Patreon)

Hi every one, I recently found some problem about payment system. I can't send a monthly rewards to some of my patrons because they payment status are in "Declined"(thank you to patron, who telling me about this problem).
For solving that problem, if you are one of declined patron, I would like you to send an contact about declined payment to a Patreon support

and ask about why you got declined from a payment. If you tell them about your payment setting (credit/debit card, Paypal, ...) that would help them fix your problem faster.
I have searched for the solution and they said that the patron should contact the support themselves, so if you still want to receive the May rewards , please contact them soon because I will send the rewards to the paid patrons within June 5th or 6th.
But if not possible, don't worry. I also upload artwork on Gumroad too.(but it take a while to update a selling work).
