Curtis Knox is smallville's version of Vandal Savage the actor who plays him Dean Cain was also superman in a show called the adventures of lois and clark and he also played jeremiah danvers father of Alex and Kara on supergirl.

Pretty sure she was season 1, oddly she is played by a different actress here for some reason.

You should recognize Dean Cain as Dr Danvers in Supergirl, Kara and Alex' father, he also played Superman in the 90s and you should check out that series.
