今回の規約改定についてのお知らせ (Pixiv Fanbox)

11月30日に規約改定による明確な内容があげられました。

サービス共通利用規約改定と「禁止商品」「要修正商品」設定のお知らせ

内容は「禁止商品」は実写、写実性の高い公序良俗に反するものと記載されていますのでこちらは私の作品に該当なしと判断します。

問題は「要修正商品」となります。

こちらは「表現内容と付随するデータ(タイトル・タグ・投稿本文・その他説明文)に修正が必要であると判断した作品の場合、非公開化、アカウント停止」されるというものです。

現在運営の方に私の投稿作品に「要修正商品」があるかどうかの確認をとっております。

そのため一時的に作品の一部が見れなくなることがあります。

今後の更新につきましては規約に該当する作品の場合一部修正を加える可能性があります。

それと最初の方(12月14日以降)は該当するかの判断が難しい場合、運営の方に確認後の投稿が予想されます。

問題が無いようでしたら今後もFANBOXで今まで通り投稿ができると思います。

本日運営の方のお返事がありましたのでご報告いたします。

まず画像管理の個別の対応はできないそうなので自己判断で12月14日より一部画像、動画を非公開いたします。

画像、動画の修正なのですが修正方法が記載されてなく現在、運営の方に確認をとっております。

なので12月14日以降の画像、動画投稿は前回お伝えした通り運営の方に確認をしてからの投稿となりますのでかなり遅れる可能性があります。

FANBOXで支援してくださっている方々には大変ご不便おかけしてしまい申し訳ございません。

「fantia」のほうは今まで通り投稿ができると思いますのでよろしくお願いします。

The contents state that "Prohibited goods" are those that are offensive to public order and morals with a high degree of live-action and realism, so I judge that this does not apply to my work.

The problem is "goods requiring modification".

This is a work that is judged to require modifications to the content of expression and accompanying data (title, tags, body of the post, and other explanatory text), in which case the work will be made private and the account will be suspended".

I am currently checking with the management to see if there are any 'products that require correction' in my submitted work.

Therefore, you may not be able to see some of my works temporarily.

For future updates, there is a possibility that some modifications may be made if the work falls under the terms and conditions.

And if it is difficult to determine if the first one (after December 14) is applicable, it is expected to be posted after checking with the management.

If there are no problems, you will be able to continue to post your work on Fanbox as before.

We will report here when we know more details.

We are pleased to report that we received a response from the management today.

First of all, I heard that the management of image management cannot respond to individual requests, so I have decided that some images and videos will be closed to the public from December 14.

As there is no information on how to correct the images and videos, I am currently confirming with the management.

Therefore, we will post the images and videos after December 14 only after confirming with the management as previously announced, so there may be a considerable delay.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to those who have been supporting us through FANBOX.

We will be able to post "fantia" as usual.
