***Ass Kicking in Quarantine***

The other day I made a sincere promise to myself, and it's ringing true still! Here's what I said:

"From today forward I promise to myself I will focus more consistently on what I have that I’m grateful for, I’ll significantly reduce the amount of time and energy I’ve been spending on researching things that have caused me pain, anxiety, resentment and fear, and I’ll replace this with NEW activities of self love and self healing (talking on the phone with friends, walking in the sun, getting into phone session therapy again etc). 

Kristy, you’re not a victim, you’re not a has-been, you’re not powerless over your life just because the world is different now. I’m creative, I’m constructing new pathways, I’m loved, and the possibilities are endless!"

I have been taking more self portraits with my sony, singing and sometimes dancing alone in my airbnb while Travis is off at work, setting up live IG chats, calling friends and family, going for walks, and more! 

I love kicking ass!!! You will get to see the fruits of my labors very, very soon!!
