Tier List Update (Patreon)

Updated the tier list into something that is more affordable to everyone and also added more rewards so that the cost is justified for all the tiers accordingly.
For the 5$ tier there will also be a Zip file attached with the final pic which will have everything from wip to the final pic inside it.
