This update is a deep dive into the political world of Kaldea, rife with important choices that will have grave consequences through the story. Featuring General Alenai of the Atlathka army with her own scene, as well as a few familiar faces who make their return for the first time in awhile.

This update is the first of two parts, the second being the focus of the next build. Since this part of the main quest, be prepared for a lot lore and dialogue, this is a pretty substantive update.

As usual there is a save named Build16 to begin the new quest directly (travel to the trade district). We updated the walkthrough on priceforfreedom.net.

I'm having trouble progressing to the Atlathkan camp, I've investigated the bodies and talked to the farmers but there is no new location on the map, nor do any of the exits on the screen appear to work.

Quite enjoyed the game so far, just completed the last quest, can't wait for the next update. Amazing storyline, with top notch scenes to boot, admittedly though found a few minor issues, there were some occasional spelling errors, but other than that there were 2 main issues that I experienced, the first was the fact that when enemies ran all the way to the right, you couldn't see their health stats, maybe some way of making it go on the left side when the enemy is on the right most quarter would be useful, also hiho didn't work for me on my team, whenever I tried to do an action with her like heal, the action was red, which usually means that she has no action points, which leads me on to my next point, having a counter/tally or just some measure for the amount of action points remaining in your turn per character would be useful. The final point which is very similar to the previous post is that some text on the map showing you can zoom/move the map would be useful just for clarity. Now for some upsides so I don't just seem to be complaining. Each girl feels unique in her own way, and really feels like an actual fleshed out character instead of just another thing you have sex with, even terri (my fav) and the other people in the brothel are actual characters, and you can see the excellent attention to detail with all of them. Excellent game so far and I can't wait for the following updates

Thank you! We plan to do a combat overhaul relative soon, probably along with the Hiho update (build 18), which hopefully will fix most issues you found, and make the fights more enjoyable / balanced.
