Hey hey, it's dev log time. Lets go thru what's the progress so far.

Our current Osh'to update is going fairly well, we are wrapping up combat additions and polishing rough edges on the quest. Visual content is essentially done and we should be able to start closed test in a few days, once all major bugs squashed we will be able to release it. So hopefully we wont have delays from planned March release.


One of the biggest additions this update is Kyots. Those small lobstery\shrimpery bastards are the main interaction point of this update and have a bit of their own lore, we future proofed this sprite to have a big modular variety so we can reuse it in the future with minimal additional work.


Additionally we are working on next updates already. The one following Osh'to will be about Samara and will rework her initial quest a little bit and will add 2 new ones + a scene! Above you see work already done for her sprite update, to lift it up to current sprite standards and expand her animation set.

Expect a little bit more development on her character and her combat mechanics too.

Additionally we are working on future bigger update in the background involving the main story development. Zlasova is preparing sprites and location artwork in advance so we can finish the big update much faster unlike cult one.

In the big update we will finally be able to visit government district, interact with Atlathkan people (soldier above for example) and get 2(!) separate love scenes depending on the player choices. 

We had some feedback from cult update, which was our first experience making a quest line of that scale, and we realized parts of it were a bit overinflated in length and felt like a drag and/or lacked elements to explore to keep it interesting. We will try to implement some changes to our quest recipe to make main quest experience smoother.
