Dev log 18 (Patreon)

Eya, more news. Yesterday we started closed testing from picked out group of volunteers.

This means we are fairly close (for this overdue update scale) to patreon release. There is definitely days of work left to cover all the bugs from minor inconveniences to game breaking ones. Additionally this will give us feedback how our combat is played out, to properly balance it for more fun experience.

Currently combat requires some UI adjustments to make controls more intuitive, and rebalancing, because combat tends to drag out too much and quickly becomes a chore. 

Currently we have no visual content to show on this upcoming build, but we already started working on next update after this one, so art and writing team wont idle while coding and balancing is done.

 We will hold a poll on our 3rd companion after public build is out. Here is the most recent designs on our options :
Osh'To

A big and tough girl, who's strength stands unchallenged in players party. She can shrug off heavier punishment and deliver heavy damage to well protected enemies, but her weapon of choice is less effective doing that crucial bleeding damage.

Crimson dervish

Tough times made her a tough woman, if not cruel. While being one of the most fragile player characters, she can deliver massive punishment to enemies and has a good kit finish off weak ones and bleeding enemies dry.

Additionally new update likely will include Iski scene, which we had to cancel from this update. But her static visuals\writing are ready only need rigging and animation.

Future update will also expand on location count. Now that we have Hurfy helping me out yet still learning filling out content becomes easier rather 1 mans job, here are some sneak peeks at our WIP locations

This future update should take less long than current update since we dont plan adding much new mechanics, rather polishing existing ones and expanding on content.
