Charge up front (Patreon)

We are enabling charge up-front this month. New patrons will be charged the day they become a patron, then on the 1st of the month going forward.  This doesn't change anything for our current patrons.

I hate that Patreon dose not allow you to set the day you want to be billed like every other normal subscription on the planet, makes no sense.

Well I can see two reasons. The main one is to batch your payment to multiple creators in one, in order to reduce the processing fees. The other is to make it easier for creators to manage and distribute their rewards, since they can just do it once per month at a fixed date. But yeah it can be an inconvenience for patrons.

The last update was released a few days ago, the next one is scheduled for the end of July, and we plan to release a new public build with our next big update near the end of the summer.
