Have you really been babied/littled?

A diaper change is one of the most intimate activities a Mommy/Daddy/Caregiver can have with His or Her little/baby. It's an affectionate way of being cleaned and cared for.

However, the trust you'll feel in allowing someone to lead you by the hand and take you to be changed would feel really intense. Knowing that someone else had taken control, leaving you without any adult responsibilities would be amazing, isn't it? 

you can be your "real" self without any pretence. you wouldn't have to be someone you're not or censor your behaviour to conform to social expectations. you can just be you!

The fact that Mommy/Daddy loved you enough to take care of the "business end" would make you feel like you must be loved unconditionally for that to happen! 

Actions would speak louder than words. And being in a position of exposure and vulnerability would just underline the balance of control (i.e. someone else is in complete control).
