worklog, march 2022 (important discussion at the end) (Patreon)

 hello, everyone. hope ya'll had a good weekend. let's talk about what's gonna happen in march!

but, before that! if you didnt know, i finished the ff7 fan comic i had been working on!

ok, so for march im gonna do a poster pack! a themed poster pack!

i had an idea about a short mage boy having a romance with a tall, muscely girl knight and then talked to some chat friends about it and then i decided i will just do a themed collection featuring this type of couple, since i was suggested some solid ideas.

it'll be the usual, around 10 images for tier 2, and 15 for tier 5!

now, onto some more serious matters regarding the content i will be drawing from now on.

i know some people won't like this, but i feel like i might be lessening the amount of taboo content i work on from now on. while im not too sure of it myself, i just have a feeling i wont be working on it as often as before. i really can't explain why this change came about. whether its slight burnout or me just moving on to something different, a lot of the ideas that come to mind when i brainstorm, just dont have anything to do with family members doing the nasty with each other. thats how im feeling about this month's poster pack too. at most i will be doing a couple of brother sister bonding images, but thats about it.

i mentioned this on the discord a week or two ago, and for the most part, nobody really cares lol. im very grateful to ya'll for just enjoying my work in general. when i think about it that way, its very reasssuring that my hard work is paying off and its not just about the niche stories i usually work on. so i would like to express a sincere thank you to everyone for all of the support until now, and i hope we can keep working together, even if you just decided to support me for the taboo content.

(if this seems like too much of a deviation from what ur expecting as a paying customer i will harbor no ill feelings if you decide to leave. thats just the nature of business, and i honestly dont lose any sleep over anyone unsubbing. be smart as a consumer, and make sure u support the things u enjoy, and dont force yourself to support it if you dont like it! i like smart people a lot more than overly-dedicated people!)

now, i want ya'll to pay attention to a key word i used. "might". it really is just a feeling i currently have. who knows, by next week maybe i'll be back to my usual degenerate ways, and honestly i dont want to stop drawing that sort of content completely either, cuz i do enjoy working on it. maybe its just getting a bit stale after almost 4 years of doing mostly that every month.

that being said, i have like.... 5 stories i wanna do, each with multiple chapters lolololololol.

i dunno... its just a feeling. the change will probably be more apparent in the poster packs rather than in my comics. i just wanted to let ya'll know ahead of time, in case anything does change. what wont change is the amount of effort i put into my work everyday, i can atleast confirm that for you!

....except this week, cuz elden ring heh!

and thats it for today. sorry if the last part of the worklog was a chore to read through, but the reason i enjoy doing these is becuase it also helps as an outlet for my thoughts. anyway! ya'll have a good week! im gonna get back to work, and i hope ya'll look forward to this month's reward!
