hello, everyone. today i got back to work, all rested up and my mental fatigue from haremblem 3, completely refreshed.

as you might have assumed, i was super busy trying to complete haremblem 3, so this month´s worklog is coming out late. as mentioned, one of my tasks has been completed, which was the comic. all that´s left this month, is to complete the poster pack.

this month, since i dedicated my energy to fanart for the comic, i wanted to give myself a break from it, and decided to mostly feature OC´s in the poster pack. i´ll be revisiting some OC´s and playing around with their designs for fun, and maybe some of the design changes will stick, and may show up in a future project or something, i dunno. im just gonna have fun with it and not think too seriously on it. ya´ll shouldnt either. here´s a preview of what im working on today:

(for me, the blue hair was a tad try-hardy, so i wanted to see how they looked with normal hair, and i also darkened their skin tone a bit. i think the new look is nice. the landlady´s messily held up hair is still cute though, so i kept it. kinda has that sarah hawkin´s hair style dont she...)

the poster pack should be ready by the end of next week.

As for the more pressing announcement:

i had mentioned this sometime ago in the discord (join here), but finishing haremblem would basically mark the last time i would share my comics on my subscription based platforms.

why? because i work hard on them and i wanna make more money off of them so i feel like im getting the proper compensation for my hard work. is it getting through that i put some effort on my comics? because  i do. i work hard on them lol. and just sharing them on patreon and pixiv for 5 bucks is just not smart.

now, most of you will probably completely understand and tell me i shouldve done this from the very beginning, but it wasnt until recently that i felt that ive finally reached a good enough skill level to just sell my stuff separetly from the subscription based platforms. basically, im growing as a creator, imo.

so here´s the plan from now on:

patreon rewards include:

1. monthly poster pack, with the corresponding amount of images per tier.

2. any short comics, image sets (nothing bigger than 5 pages, not guaranteed to be a monthly reward).

every other comic i make that is longer than 5 pages will be exclusive to my gumroad from now on. that way i remove the pressure of having to keep up with a schedule for completing my longer stories. this is all self applied, by the way. almost no one asks me when i will finish any upcoming projects, but its a pressure i apply to myself, to keep a semblance of professionalism in my otherwise, extremely relaxed work environment, ie, a small corner in my bedroom lol.

i think i will be releasing free samples of my future projects as well, but as far as the full thing goes, if you want to purchase it, the gumroad is where it´s at.

that´s all for today. july will mark the beginning of a new era, for me atleast, where im now able to work on anything, and it feels good. im very excited to work on some projects i have in mind, i hope ya´ll look forward to it, and of course, thank you for the continued support.

PS. the discord is no longer patreon exclusive so share around invite links if you want. i basically am just a chat member at this point, so i dont really have much to do with it other than just chilling on there sometimes.
