In a time where the skies roared and the earth trembled, celestial champions clad in radiant golden armor and angelic mantles descended upon a battleground awash in fire and shadow. Their blades, gleaming with a brilliance that pierced the murk, clashed with infernal adversaries. The echoes of their confrontation reverberated through the ages.

Their swords was like a falling star, cleaving the darkness and banishing wickedness. With wings of angelic feathers, they danced gracefully over the battlefield, their every movement a testament to their divine prowess.

It is said that even in the face of overwhelming odds, the brilliance of these warriors could turn the tide, forcing the dark invaders to retreat into the abyss from whence they came. And in their wake, a land that was once scorched and desolate began to heal, a testament to their protective might.

Seraphim's Aegis

Armor (any medium), legendary (requires attunement by a creature of good alignment)

Forged in the heavens and bathed in the light of astral stars, this medium armor gleams with a radiant golden hue. The armor adjusts to its wearer, giving a sensation of weightlessness and a connection to the higher realms.

Upon taking damage that would reduce your hit points to 0, you can, as a reaction and by speaking the armor's command word, summon a protective dome of pure celestial energy around yo u. The dome has a radius of 10 feet and lasts until the end of your next turn. While inside the dome:

  • All damage from sources outside the dome is negated.
  • Any noncelestial creature that attempts to penetrate the dome takes 10d10 radiant damage.
  • Healing spells and abilities used within the dome are ma ximized.

Once you invoke the Seraphim's Aegis, you can't use it again until dawn.

Seraphim's Edge

Weapon (shortsword), legendary (requires attunement by a creature of good alignment)

Crafted in celestial realms, this shortsword possesses a hilt of polished gold. Upon uttering its command word, a blade composed purely of brilliant, radiant light extends from the hilt, illuminating the surroundings with a gentle glow.

This weapon deals radiant damage instead of piercing.

When you score a critical hit with this sword, you channel the exact alignment of the celestial constellations into your foe. This perfect celestial alignment overwhelms the target, causing it to be stunned until the end of your next turn as it briefly experiences the vastness and wonders of the heavens.

In this moment of alignment, glimpses of the past, present, and future might be revealed to the wielder. You gain advantage on your next attack roll with this weapon until the end of your next turn. If you hit on the consecutive turn, the resonating harmonics of the blade heal you, allowing you to regain hit points equal to the damage dealt.

Seraphim's Winged Mantle

Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a creature of good alignment)

This exquisite cloak is fashioned from the softest feathers of angelic beings, each shimmering with a celestial light. When worn, the cloak seems to almost have a life of its own, gently rustling even in the absence of wind.

As an action and by speaking the cloak's command word, the feathers of the mantle briefly transform into a pair of luminous wings, granting you the ability to fly at a speed of 60 feet for up to 10 minutes. While flying, the radiance of the cloak provides a calming aura in a 10-foot radius around you. Friendly creatures within this aura, including you, have resistance to psychic damage and are immune to being frightened. At the end of the duration or when you dismiss the wings with a bonus action, the cloak gently floats you down to the ground if you are still aloft, ensuring you don't fall.

You regain the ability to activate this ability at dawn.

3-Set Bonus: Seraphim's Celestial Unity
Whenever you activate one of the command abilities of your Seraphim gear, you feel the complete unity of the celestial realm, guiding your actions and enhancing your prowess. For 1 minute after activating a command ability, you gain the following benefits:

  • Your movement speed increases by 10 feet.
  • When you score a critical hit, your weapon's critical hit range increases to 19-20 until the end of your next turn.
