Nothing special, just one extra variant. I was adding the titfuck scene with Sister Elizabeth in game and realized that for the scene I will need an extra aftermath variant of her with Krowly's sperm on her boobs. So I quickly made this one.

Now I think that we will also need naked version of Alice's character illustration for this update.
