Some people have mentioned recently that they had problems with the Ghost girl, so here is small video about the tactic in the battle against her. 

The base idea is that when she is using "Ghost force" it means that her next move will cause a lot of damage. So when you see her using it, choose "guard" option, and then cast "magic shield" - it will lower the damage, or even reflect the spell.
