So I'm noticing repeat "fraudulent accounts"... (Patreon)

Apparently there are some out there who want to take advantage of Patreon's payment system.   From now on, not only will I be blocking  all fraudulent accounts, but I will be implementing charge-up-front, to prevent this from ever happening again.

I hate doing this but, I guess there's still some people out there who enjoy taking advantage of others.
